  • Easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If any part of the packaging is missing, the courier can’t pick it up — please include everything.
  • Changed your mind? No problem. Return it within 14 days; return shipping is on you.
  • Exchanges are free to request within 14 days if the item is in its original state. You cover shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
  • If the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days. We’ll cover return shipping, and if it can’t be fixed or replaced, you’ll get a full refund within 2–4 business days of approval.
  • Card payment refunds take 7–14 business days depending on your bank. COD orders over 1,500 EGP are refunded via online bank transfer.
  • Six-month shine warranty on silver jewelry: if the shine fades within six months, we’ll restore it for free (applies to silver pieces only).
  • Orders with a total value of 13,000 EGP or more are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. Instead, they come with a 2-year maintenance guarantee, covering repairs, adjustments, and restoration for anything that may happen to the product during that period.
