Every Viorette piece comes with a 6-month warranty on shine and color. If your piece loses its brilliance under normal wear within 6 months, we'll make it right. Applies to all silver pieces, excluding gold and rose gold plated items.

Store each piece in its soft pouch or Viorette gift box, away from humidity and sunlight. Avoid bathrooms — moisture is silver's biggest enemy.

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering or swimming. Chlorine and saltwater are especially damaging, and repeated water exposure accelerates wear on the rhodium plating over time.

All 925 sterling silver can tarnish over time — it's a natural process, not a defect. Our pieces are rhodium-plated, which significantly slows tarnishing. Any tarnish that appears is fully reversible with simple home cleaning.
