Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery for returns or exchanges.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in new condition: unworn, unused, undamaged.
- It must be sent back in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- If any part of the packaging is missing, our courier will not be able to collect the return.
Changed Your Mind?
If you simply changed your mind or have no specific reason for the return, we’ll still accept it within 14 days — however, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Exchanges
You may exchange an item within the 14-day window, as long as it’s in its original state. The customer covers the shipping fees unless the item arrived faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event your order arrives damaged:
- You can request a replacement or refund within 14 days.
- We’ll handle the return shipping at no cost to you.
- If there’s a manufacturing issue and the item can’t be fixed or exchanged, we’ll issue a full refund within 2–4 business days of approval.
Refund Timelines
- Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to your account within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders over 1,500 EGP, refunds will be issued via online bank transfer.
6-Month Warranty on Silver Jewelry
All our silver jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty. If the shine fades within six months of purchase, we’ll restore it free of charge. This warranty applies to silver pieces only.
Orders Over 13,000 EGP
Orders with a total value of 13,000 EGP or more are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. Instead, they include a 2-year comprehensive maintenance guarantee, covering repairs, adjustments, and restoration for anything that may happen to the product during that period.
