We want you to feel confident with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery for returns or exchanges.

• To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in new condition — unworn, unused, undamaged, and sent back in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

• If the product or any part of its packaging is missing, our courier service will not be able to collect the return from your address.

• If you simply changed your mind or have no specific reason for the return, we’ll still accept it within the 14-day period, but the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

• Exchanges are also available within 14 days, as long as the product is in its original state. The customer will cover the shipping fees unless the item arrives faulty.

• In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days. If this happens, we’ll handle the return shipping at no cost to you.

• If there’s a manufacturing issue and the product cannot be fixed or exchanged, we’ll issue a full refund within 2 to 4 business days of approval.

• For payments made by credit or debit card, the refund will be transferred back to your account within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders over 1,500 EGP, refunds will be issued via online bank transfer.

• 6-Month Warranty for Silver Jewelry: If the shine fades within six months of purchase, we’ll restore it for free as part of our warranty. This warranty applies only to silver pieces.
